Terms of Use
The terms for using the ScriptSync website. Last updated 8 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use scriptsync.com.au (the “website”), which is operated by ScriptSync. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
ScriptSync itself is provided to pharmacies under the arrangements agreed with each pharmacy when it is set up, and patients use their pharmacy’s portal under that pharmacy’s arrangements. These terms cover the website only. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully. In particular, you won’t:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or anything connected to them;
- interfere with or overload the website;
- submit the demo form using automated tools, or with information that isn’t yours to give; or
- copy or reuse the website’s content except as these terms allow.
General information only
The website describes what ScriptSync does, for pharmacy owners deciding whether it suits them. It is general information, not medical, pharmacy, legal or financial advice. Decisions about medicines should be made with a pharmacist or doctor.
Demo requests
Asking for a demo doesn’t create a contract. We’ll get in touch to arrange a time, and nothing is agreed until you and ScriptSync agree it in writing.
Third-party names and links
Minfos and eWAY are trademarks of their respective owners, and we mention them only to describe how ScriptSync works with them. Where the website links to other sites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Ownership of content
The website’s text, design, logo and other content belong to ScriptSync or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or republish its content without our written permission.
Availability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, ScriptSync isn’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies once it’s published on the website, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Australian law.
